The desk pet with a thousand expressions and ChatGPT inside.

Our take

EMO lives on a desk, dances to music, recognizes your face, and talks through ChatGPT. It is a good gift for a teenager or a home office, and the GO HOME bundle ($369) adds a self-charging station that fixes the biggest complaint — the short battery. It is not a companion animal in any tactile sense and its AI depends on the cloud.

Best for: Teens, desk workers, gift buyers.
